Adjoltz Track · track.adjoltz.com · Last updated: July 2026

Plain English up front: we build tracking software, so we take data seriously. Your customers' data belongs to you — we process it on your instructions, hash personal identifiers before forwarding anything to Meta, and never sell data to anyone.

1. Who we are

Adjoltz Track is a service of Adjoltz, a company based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We provide first-party tracking and server-side event forwarding to Meta's Conversions API for e-commerce merchants. You can reach us anytime at hello@adjoltz.com.

2. Our role: processor, not controller

You stay the data controller. The data our snippet collects on your store is your data, about your customers. Adjoltz acts as a data processor: we collect, transform, and forward it only on your instructions and only for the purpose of delivering the service.

For data about you as our customer (your account details, billing contact, support emails), we act as the controller and apply the same standards described here.

3. What data the service handles

When installed on your store, Adjoltz Track processes:

  • Event data — page views, add-to-carts, checkouts, purchases, order values, and currencies.
  • Attribution data — click identifiers (such as Meta's fbclid), first-party cookie IDs, UTM parameters, and referrer information.
  • Customer identifiers — where your store provides them, items such as email address, phone number, name, and location, used solely to improve Meta match quality.
  • Technical data — IP address and user-agent, used for event matching and abuse prevention.

4. First-party cookies only

Our snippet sets cookies on your own domain, not ours. We do not use third-party cookies, we do not build cross-site profiles, and we do not track your customers across other merchants' stores. The snippet is designed to work alongside your existing consent management — you control when it runs.

5. Hashing before forwarding

Before any personal identifier (email, phone number, name) is forwarded to Meta, it is hashed using SHA-256 in line with Meta's Conversions API requirements. Meta receives the hash, not the raw value.

6. Where data goes

Event data is forwarded to one destination only: Meta's Conversions API, under your own Pixel and access token, connected by you in your dashboard. We use a small number of infrastructure providers (hosting, email) under data processing terms. We do not sell, rent, or trade any data, ever.

7. Retention

Event data is retained for as long as needed to power your dashboard reporting and dedupe logic, and is deleted or anonymized after your account is closed, within 90 days. You can request earlier deletion at any time by emailing hello@adjoltz.com.

8. GDPR and your customers' rights

If you serve customers in the EU/EEA or UK, Adjoltz Track is designed to support your compliance: we act on your documented instructions, support deletion and export requests you receive from your customers, and offer a data processing agreement on request. Requests from your customers should be directed to you as the controller; we will assist promptly.

9. Security

Data is encrypted in transit, access is restricted to personnel who need it to operate the service, and credentials you provide (such as Conversions API tokens) are stored encrypted. If we ever become aware of a breach affecting your data, we will notify you without undue delay.

10. Changes and contact

We may update this policy as the service evolves; material changes will be announced by email to account holders. Questions, requests, or complaints: hello@adjoltz.com. This policy is governed by the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
