Terms of Service

Adjoltz Track · track.adjoltz.com · Last updated: July 2026

The short version: try it free for 14 days, pay by invoice in AED if you stay, cancel anytime, and use the service honestly. The longer version is below.

1. The agreement

These terms are a contract between you (the merchant or business using Adjoltz Track) and Adjoltz, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By creating an account or installing the tracking snippet, you agree to them. Adjoltz Track is intended for business use, not for consumers.

2. The service

Adjoltz Track provides a first-party tracking snippet and server-side forwarding of e-commerce events to Meta's Conversions API, plus a dashboard for monitoring events, purchases, and revenue. We may improve, add, or retire features over time; we won't materially reduce the core service you pay for during a paid period without notice.

3. Free trial

Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. No payment details are required to start, and nothing is owed if you stop before the trial ends. If you continue past the trial, your first invoice covers the period from the end of the trial.

4. Billing

We bill by invoice. Invoices are sent by email and payable by bank transfer in AED (UAE dirhams), monthly or annually depending on the plan you choose. Annual plans are discounted 20%. Invoices are due within 14 days of issue.

Plans are limited by monthly order volume and number of sites. If you consistently exceed your plan's limits, we'll ask you to upgrade — we won't silently cut you off or surprise-charge you. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice; changes never apply retroactively to a period you've already paid for.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel anytime, from the dashboard or by emailing hello@adjoltz.com. There is no lock-in and no cancellation fee. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; amounts already invoiced for that period remain payable, and we don't issue partial-period refunds.

6. Your responsibilities

  • Use the service only on sites you own or are authorized to manage.
  • Maintain a lawful basis (including consent where required) for the tracking you enable, and keep your own privacy policy accurate.
  • Keep your account credentials and Conversions API tokens confidential.
  • Don't use the service to send fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful event data to Meta, and don't attempt to probe, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.

7. Data

Data collected from your store remains yours. We process it as described in our Privacy Policy — as your processor, on your instructions, with personal identifiers hashed using SHA-256 before forwarding to Meta. On termination, we delete or anonymize your event data within 90 days.

8. Third-party platforms

The service depends on Meta's platform and Conversions API, which we don't control. We are not responsible for Meta's outages, API changes, policy decisions, or how it attributes or reports conversions. You are responsible for complying with Meta's terms for your own accounts.

9. Warranties and liability

We provide the service with reasonable skill and care, but it is offered "as is" — we don't guarantee uninterrupted operation, specific attribution results, or any particular ROAS improvement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability under these terms is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially breach these terms (including non-payment or abusive event data), normally after notice and a chance to fix the issue. You may terminate at any time as described in section 5.

11. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and disputes are subject to the courts of Dubai. We may update these terms from time to time; material changes will be notified by email. Questions: hello@adjoltz.com.
